Welcome! As a new patient in our office you will be welcomed by our knowledgeable and friendly front office staff who will answer any questions you might have. We will call your insurance for you to verify what treatment will be covered and help you utilize it to it's fullest benefits. Then you will be introduced to the dentist who will listen to your needs and help you with the best treatment for your smile.
You can save some time in your first appointment by filling out our New Patient Forms in advance. If you have a printer connected to your computer, and you have Adobe Reader (most computers come with this free program already installed), you can click on the link below which will bring up our New Patient Forms.
